  1. I love it!
I have not setup may systems that are very ‘artistic’. I am a very ‘functional’ brewing setup kind of guy. But I have set up a ‘lot’ of brewing systems.
The gas manifold can easily be built into the structure. It is important to keep the heat away from the gas manifold – for obvious reasons! But for the most part any sealed piece of the structure can easily be setup to handle gas pressure. Gas pressure for most brewing systems is based on the pressure requirement for the burners. Looks like you are going to use the Bayou Classic banjo burner which is rated to 30psi.
Once you have the gas manifold built – I would test it with air to 60psi – and you should be good.
Let me know if you have other questions that I can help you with.

      Thanks SOO MUCH Mike!
That’s exactly the kind of info we need! So do you think that it could be done with copper lines? Visually we think it would look better but we are open to all suggestions… And I WILL take you up on the questions thing! 🙂
